Returns

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Original invoice must be included

  • Product should not be damaged or altered

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as customized jewellery or special orders may not be eligible for return.
